Seniors and disabled take bus, too
Editor--I am urging the Alameda-Contra Costa Transportation District to demand more funding from the politicians in Washington D.C., so that they can lower the price of the bus pass for both the seniors and disabled.
Both the seniors and disabled can't afford to pay $20 a month for a pass. They use the bus frequently as their only transportation.
As a result, they are helping to combat global warming in both of these counties.
